Summer Reading Program

The Chicago Public Library encourages children, teens, and adults to read for fun all summer long with the annual Summer Reading Program. The 2010 Summer Reading Program, "Reading is Art-Rageous," runs from June 14 to August 7 and partners with the Art Institute of Chicago.

Teens can participate at any of the Chicago Public Library's locations, including all the neighborhood libraries and the YOUmedia space at the downtown Harold Washington Library Center.
